This Privacy Policy explains how Installment Business Solutions ("IBS", "we", "us") handles information collected through ibserps.com, the Client Dashboard, and the Dealer App.
We collect information you provide directly, such as through our signup form: your name, business name, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, email address, business address, business logo, and brand colors, and any notes you send us.
Through the Client Dashboard and Dealer App, businesses using IBS also enter and store data related to running an installment business, which may include customer names, contact details, installment plan and payment records, and device information (such as device identifiers and location) for enrolled devices.
We use collected information to provide and operate the IBS service, respond to inquiries, set up and support dealer accounts, and communicate with you about your account — including via WhatsApp and email.
Business data entered into IBS (such as customer and installment records) is accessible to the business that entered it and to IBS as the provider of the service, for the purpose of operating and supporting the product. We do not sell customer or business data to third parties.
We communicate with businesses primarily over WhatsApp and email. Messages sent via WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, as WhatsApp is operated by a separate company.
We retain account and business data for as long as an account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate business needs. If you'd like your data reviewed, updated, or removed, contact us using the details below.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

IBS is a business tool intended for use by mobile phone retailers and is not directed at children.
